SUZUME

I am a cryer. Suzume left me in tears. This was in the realm of ‘Goodbye, Don Glees!’. If you have never seen it, you need to. The artwork of this anime was great and the story captivating Of course it pulls on the heartstrings, but it will have you fully engaged at all times. I wasn’t that happy with the fact that it waited til the end to give me a good cry, but I was glad that a 2HR movie felt like 1. I love anime series, but when the movies are this good I want to watch the movies more.

If you haven’t seen my background change then you should look again. It started out a generic Squarespace background, then I drew one on Procreate (of course I used a tutorial), and then I added an anime character to it. I remember seeing a YouTube short with the door from Suzume in it and I decided that the new addition to my background would be the door, but I never seen it. Now, that I have watched it. I will bein drawing the door into my background. Once done, you will see my background change again.

I really liked this movie and hope the door comes out good. Wish me luck.
